HomeMy WebLinkAbout09/02/2004 CRC minutes (PH) MINUTES COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING Village of Mount Prospect Public Works Facility Thursday, September 2, 2004 7:00 p.m. The meeting of the Community Relations Commission (CRG) of the Village of Mount Prospect was held Thursday, September 2,2004 in the Public Works Facility, 1700 West Central Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois. CALL TO ORDER Chairman Brennan called the meeting to order at 7: 00 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: Commissioner Schultz Commissioner Tolbert Commissioner Muench Commissioner Parikh Absent Marisa Warneke, Neighborhood Planner Lisa Angell, Staff Liaison APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion to approve the August 12h , 2004 meeting minutes was moved and seconded. The minutes were unanimously approved as written. OLD BUSINESS There was no discussion of Old Business NEW BUSINESS 2005 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding 2005 CDBG applicants presented their funding requests to the Commission. Minutes for the Public Hearing were taken by Ms. Marisa Warneke, Community Planner. ADJOURNMENT The next meeting was scheduled for Thursday, September 9, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the Public Works Facility. The special meeting is to discuss and formalize CDBG recommendations to the Mayor and Village Board. There being no further business a motion to adjourn was moved and seconded.
