G. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit A)
This ordinance amends Chapter 13 of the Village Code by deleting the number
of Class “W” (beer and wine only) liquor licenses by one and increasing the
number of Class ‘R” (consumption at dining tables only) liquor licenses by one
for Rufini’s Restaurant, 2 W. Busse Avenue.

A. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC)
OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE (Exhibit B)
The ordinance removes the one-way eastbound designation along
Highland Street between Elm Street and Rand Road, and prohibits
motorists crossing Rand Road from westbound Highland Avenue
to westbound Highland Street.

1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF
A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT 1500 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD (Exhibit C)
This ordinance grants final approval to allow the conversion of rental
properties into condominiums. The Planning and Zoning Commission
has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0.
B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND NORWOOD
BUILDERS FOR THE PURCHASE AND REDEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY
