Board member, or resident from the audience, so requests, in which event the item will
be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.

2® reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1801 BOULDER DRIVE
This ordinance grants variations to allow a shed with a non-conforming
setback and size, and easement exceptions. The Zoning Board of Appeals
(10/25/01) recommended denial of the request by a vote of 7-0, therefore
a super-majority vote is required by the Village Board for approval.
(At the request of the petitioner, this case will be considered at the
March 5, 2002 meeting).
ZBA 36-01,400 E. Gregory Street, Christian Life Church
2® reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 400 EAST GREGORY STREET
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow the expansion of
the Christian Life College. The Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval by a vote of 7-0.

FEES
This resolution amends the list of individuals to receive Mount Prospect
vehicle stickers free of charge, by deleting the Plan Commission and the
Zoning Board of Appeals, and adding the Planning and Zoning Commission
and the Community Relations Commission.
