This ordinance increases the number of Class S (Restaurant with lounge)
liquor licenses by one, for Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, 301 E. Euclid Avenue.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
100 SOUTH EMERSON STREET
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow the construction
of a five-story combined-use (residential and retail) building. The Planning and
Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the Conditional Use
permit by a vote of 5-0.
