Elmhurst Road. (Exhibit A) B. OLD BUSINESS A. *2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 (SIGN REGULATIONS) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends Section 7.205 of the Sign Code regarding the height and display of flags and flagpoles. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the amendments. (Exhibit B) B. *2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 (ZONING) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends sections of the Zoning Code by restricting the size of garages that face onto public rights-of-way. These amendments have received a positive recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission. (Exhibit C) C. * 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 (ZONING) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE The ordinance amends various sections of the Zoning Code regarding driveway widths and designs, and amends Section 14.2209 regarding parking on sidewalks. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the amendments. (Exhibit D) NEW BUSINESS A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE CONTRACT TO ACQUIRE A PORTION OF DISTRICT NO.1 REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS (7 SOUTH EMERSON STREET) (Exhibit E) B. Request for Board approval to secure installment note financing for the purchase of property located at 7 South Emerson Street. C. * Request for Board acceptance of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the year ended December 31,2003. D. * Request for Board acceptance of the Single Audit Compliance Report for the year ended December 31,2003. XII. XIII. XIV. E. *Request for Board acceptance of the Report on Compliance with Public Act 85-1142 (TIF Act) for the year ended December 31, 2003. F. * Request for Board acceptance of the Auditors' Management Letter for the year ended December 31, 2003. G. *Request for Board approval of the 2005-2009 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). H. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance authorizes the Village to dispose of surplus property and fixtures by public sale after the move from the old Village Hall to the new. (Exhibit F) VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Bid results: 1. Fire Department thermal imaging cameras ($27,957). 2. Cleaning contract for municipal buildings, library, railroad depot, and parking structures ($127,040). B. Request for approval of contract for wayfinding signs for downtown area ($10,450). C.
