A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13
OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance increases the number of Class "C" liquor licenses (Retail
sale of packaged liquors) issued by one, for Costco Wholesale Corporation
d/b/a COSTCO, 999 N. Elmhurst Road.

OLD BUSINESS
A. *2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 (SIGN REGULATIONS)
OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends Section 7.205 of the Sign Code regarding the height
and display of flags and flagpoles. The Planning and Zoning Commission
has recommended approval of the amendments.

*2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 (ZONING)
OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends sections of the Zoning Code by restricting the size
of garages that face onto public rights-of-way. These amendments have
received a positive recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission.

2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 (ZONING)
OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
The ordinance amends various sections of the Zoning Code regarding
driveway widths and designs, and amends Section 14.2209 regarding
parking on sidewalks. The Planning and Zoning Commission has
recommended approval of the amendments.

by public sale after the move from the old Village Hall to the new.
