grants an amendment to the Conditional Use permit and a variation to allow for signage
and lighting modifications. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended
approval by a vote of 4-2.
It was noted that the proposed design of the light fixtures complies with the Village's
lighting regulations since it is considered a full cutoff fixture that has no measurable light
emission above horizontal. The lighting plan also meets the minimum allowed lighting
level at all property lines.

there were complaints or concerns about the lights how the center would handle them.
