This ordinance deletes the Class 'MH' liquor license issued to Country Inn & Suites,
2200 S. Elmhurst Road, and the Class 'w' liquor license issued to Pete's Sandwich
Palace, 712 E. Northwest Highway

A. PZ-13-04, 999 N. Elmhurst Road, Randhurst Shopping Center
2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
AND A VARIATION TO AMEND THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
FOR PROPERTY AT 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD
This ordinance grants an amendment to the Conditional Use permit
previously granted for Randhurst Shopping Center, and a variation,
to allow for signage and lighting modifications. The Planning and Zoning
Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-2.

A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO A DETERMINATION OF THE
PREVAILING WAGE RATES
This Ordinance, required by the State of Illinois, adopts the prevailing wages
established by the State of Illinois for public works projects provided by contractors.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING THE PROVISION OF THE STATE
OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES ETHICS ACT (5ILCS 430/1-1 ET SEQ.) IN THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ILLINOIS
This ordinance brings the Village into compliance with Public Acts 93-615 and
93-617 (State Official and Employees Ethic Acts.)

1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends section 18.2004 by removing the yield sign and
replacing it with a stop sign at I-Oka Ave and Evergreen Ave. The Safety
Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 7-0.
2. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
'TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends section 18.2004 by removing the yield sign and

*A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT FLEXIBLE COMPENSATION PLAN
This amendment, retroactive to January 1, 2004, would bring the Village of
Mount Prospect's Flexible Compensation Plan into compliance with the Family
Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and modify three plan sections for administrative purposes.
