D. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This ordinance increases the number of Class W (beer and wine only) liquor licenses by one, for Rosati's Pizza, 1629 S. Busse Road. (Exhibit A) E. Request from new owners of Han River Restaurant, 1827 W. Algonquin Road, to continue operating under the existing Class R (consumption at dining tables only) liquor license. F. Request from new owners of Mrs. P & Me Restaurant, 100 E. Prospect Avenue, to continue operating under the existing Class S (restaurant with lounge) liquor license. G. A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF ILLINOIS AND THE GREATER WOODFIELD TRAVEL AND TOURISM INDUSTRIES (Exhibit B) H. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ-05-04, 501-507 Camp McDonald Road, Discovery Homes, Inc. 1. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 501-507 CAMP MCDONALD ROAD This ordinance rezones the subject property from RX (Single Family Residential District) to R3 (Low Density Residence District) to allow for a 20-unit townhome development; original plans included 22 units. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit C) 2. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT 501-507 CAMP MCDONALD ROAD This ordinance grants a Conditional Use Permit for a PUD to allow the construction of a 20-unit townhome development, reduced from original plans for 22 units. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit D) XI. XII. XIII. XIV. XV. B. *2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND WATER AND SEWER RATES SET FORTH IN APPENDIX A, DIVISION II OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance establishes a 4% increase in water and sewer rates, effective June 1, 2004, as provided for in the municipal budget. (Exhibit E) C. PZ 41-03, Text Amendments, Village of Mount Prospect 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7, CHAPTER 14, CHAPTER 16, AND CHAPTER 21 OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE This housekeeping ordinance proposes various text amendments to Chapters 7 (Sign Regulations), 14 (Zoning), 16 (Site Construction Standards), and 21 (Building Code). All proposed amendments have been recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. (Exhibit F) NEW BUSINESS A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE MAKING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO THE ANNUAL BUDGET ADOPTED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2004 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2004 (Exhibit G) B. * A RESOLUTION ADOPTING LEAD-BASED PAINT REGULATIONS BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT This ordinance states the Village's compliance with regulations for the reduction of lead-based paint in properties funded by the Community Development Grant Program (CDBG). (Exhibit H) VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORTS A.
