There will be no separate discussion of those items unless a Board member, or resident from the audience, so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. X. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ- 15 -11, 1500 West Central Road, Mount Prospect Park District 2n reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE FOR A LIGHTED DRIVING RANGE AND FOOTBALL /SOCCER FIELDS AND VARIATIONS (INCREASE THE HEIGHT OF LIGHT STANDARDS AND BUILDING SETBACKS) This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for lighted football /soccer fields and driving range and Variation to increase the height of light standards from thirty feet (30') to seventy feet (70') and Variation to reduce the building setbacks from fifteen feet (15') to four feet (4') along the west property line. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Conditional Use by a vote of 6 -1 and approval of Variations by a vote of 7 -0. XI. NEW BUSINESS A. PZ- 21 -11, 200 North Prospect Manor, Czeslaw Zdziech 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION (SIDE YARD SETBACK) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 200 NORTH PROSPECT MANOR This ordinance grants a Variation for zero foot (0') side yard setback. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the Variation by a vote of 4 -2. This ordinance requires a super majority vote for approval. B. A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF CRP HOLDINGS A -2, LLC, 1500 BISHOP COURT, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, MAKING APPLICATION FOR COOK COUNTY CLASS 6B TAX ABATEMENT C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ADOPT A COMPREHENSIVE BIKE PLAN This resolution authorizes the Village of Mount Prospect to adopt a Comprehensive Bike Plan. The Bike Plan creates a safe, comfortable and bicycle - friendly environment in Mount Prospect. D. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR THE NORTHWEST HOUSING COLLABORATIVE This resolution authorizes the Village of Mount Prospect to enter into an inter- governmental agreement with the Villages of Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Palatine and the City of Rolling Meadows to further the collaborative housing efforts of the five (5) northwest suburban municipalities. PZ- 20 -11, 999 North Elmhurst Road, Casto Lifestyle Properties (Exhibit F) 1. 1" reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SPECIAL USE FOR LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT SIGNS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD This ordinance amends the Special Use for Large Scale Development Signs for property located at 999 North Elmhurst Road to allow for two (2) monument signs, including one (1) electronic message center sign. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the amendment by a vote of 6 -0. 2. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION (INCREASE (Exhibit G) ILLUMINATION LEVELS FOR THE ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CENTER) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD This ordinance grants a Variation to increase illumination levels for an electronic Message center from 5,000 nits to 10,000 nits during daylight hours. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the Variation by a vote of 4 -2. This ordinance requires a super majority vote for approval. XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Request Village Board approval to waive the bid process and purchase video surveillance equipment in an amount not to exceed $36,500.00 B. Status Report XIII. ANY OTHER BUSINESS XIV.
