ORDINANCE NO. 3776
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by deleting the number of Class "W" liquor licenses by two (2) (Heffy's Hot Dogs
and More, 1520 North Elmhurst Road and Arnold's Restaurant, Two West Busse
Avenue) and the number of Class "R" liquor licenses by one (1) (The Patisserie, 999
North Elmhurst Road) so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13. 107 of
Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:
Four (#) Class A Licenses
One (1) Class B License
Nine (9) Class C Licenses
Two (2) Class D Licenses
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
One (1) Class P License
Fifteen (15) Class R Licenses
Fourteen (1#) Class S Licenses
Two (2) Class T Licenses
One (1) Class V License
Five (5) Class W Licenses
One (1) Class Z License
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the
