OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends the Village Code by decreasing the number of Class “F-2”,
liquor licenses by one (1) issued to Panzano’s Pizza, Pasta and More LLC d/b/a
Panzano’s Pizza, Pasta and More at 106 West Northwest Highway.

This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to operate a drive-through restaurant,
Variation to reduce the parking lot setback from ten feet (10’) to six feet (6’) and six
inches along the north property line and from ten feet (10’) to three feet (‘) and eight
inches (8”) along the south property line and Variation to reduce the foundation land-
scaping from ten feet (10’) to six feet (6’) and eleven inches (11) wide along the north
building elevation, eight feet (8‘) wide along the east building elevation, and zero feet
(0’) feet along the south building elevation.

LIGHTED DRVING RANGE AND FOOTBALL/SOCCER FIELDS AND VARIATIANS
(INCREASE THE HEIGHT OF LIGHT STANDARDS AND BUILDING SETBACKS)
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit for lighted football/soccer fields and
driving range and Variation to increase the height of light standards from thirty feet
(30’) to seventy feet (70’) and Variation to reduce the building setbacks from fifteen
feet (15’) to four feet (4’) along the west property line.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Conditional Use
by a vote of 6-1 and approval of Variations by a vote of 7-0.

A. Recommendation to award professional services contract for specified investigative
and analytical engineering services related to severe flooding event on
July 23, 2011.
