Published in pamphlet form by authority of the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, the 9th day of April , 1987. ORDINANCE NO. 3762 AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 16 ENTITLED "DEVELOPMENT CODE" OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT WHEREAS, Robert DiMucci, has requested a modification of the Development Code pertaining to requirements of driveways for the Southwest Corner of Busse and Golf Roads; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois, has reviewed the proposed modifications to Chapter 16, Development Code, of the Village Code of Mount Prospect for property commonly known as Lot 1 in Golf-Busse Subdivision being a Subdivision of part of Lot 6 in the Division of the Louis F. Busse Farm in the Northeast quarter (1/4) of Section 14, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois and; WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has forwarded its recommendations relative to modifications to Chapter 16, Development Code, to the President and Board of Trustees, which recommendations have been considered at a regular meeting of the President and Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have determined the best interests of the village of Mount Prospect will be attained by the adoption of the recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That modifications from Chapter 16 entitled "Development Code" of the Village Code of Mount Prospect are hereby granted, for the property being the subject of this Ordinance, as to Section 16.403.B.2 which would require closing existing driveways on the subject property and reducing the width of the remaining driveways to twenty four feet (24'), is hereby modified to permit the western most and southern most driveways on the subject property shall remain open with the southern driveway a maximum of twenty-seven feet (27') and the western driveway maintain its current width; with the two existing driveways closest to the intersection of Golf and Busse Roads to be removed. SECTION TWO: The changes to the driveway shall be completed within six (6) months of the date of this Ordinance and no Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued for the property until the driveways are changed and/or closed. ECTION THREE: effect from and pamphlet form as provided by law. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and after its passage, approval and publication in NAYS: None ABSENT: None PASSED and APPROVED this 8th day of April ,1987.
