ORDINANCE NO. 3758
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER ~3 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS;
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by deleting the number of Class "F" liquor licenses by one (I) (Cate Bar, 999 North
Elmhurst Road) so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13. 107 of Chapter
13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section t3.107. Number of Licenses:
Four (g) Class A Licenses
One (1) Class B License
Nine (9) Class C Licenses
Two (2) Class D Licenses
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
One (~) Class P License
Sixteen (~6) Class R Licenses
Fifteen (15) Class S Licenses
One (I) Class V License
Seven (7) Class W Licenses
One (1) Class Z License
SECTION TWO:
after its passage,
by law.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
approval and publication in pamphlet form in the
effect from and
manner provided
