ORDINANCE NO. 3752
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by deleting the number of Class "B" liquor licenses by one (1) (Stagger Lee's, 303
East Kensington Road) so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13. 107 of
Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:
Four (#) Class
One (1) Class
Nine (9) Class
Two (2) Class
Two (2) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
One (1) Class
Sixteen (16) Class
Fifteen (15) Class

SECTION TWO:
after its passage,
by law.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided
