AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3727
PERTAINING TO THE CONSENT DECREE FOR PROPERTY
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE 0LD ORCHARD DEVELOPMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 3727, entitled 'An Ordinance
Authorizing the Execution and Implementation of a Consent Decree
Amendment"passed and approved by the President and village Board
on December 16, 1986 shall be and is hereafter amended as
follows:
1. Section 9, page 52, of the Consent Decree Amendment,
which addresses the authorization of the execution of a Quit
Claim Deed for specifically described property, is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
SECTION TWO: That the President of the Board of Trustees and
the Village Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
and deliver to the Chicago Title and Trust Company, in its
capacity as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated May 4, 1955 and
known as Trust NO. 37533, for recordation, a Quit Claim Deed
conveying the property being the subject of this Ordinance and
legally described on "Attachment A" hereto to said Trustee.
SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in
pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.

TRUST COMPANY, a corporation of Illinois, whose address is 111 West Washington Street, Chicago, Illinois
60602, as Trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 5th day of
Deceraber 19 75, known as Trust Number 1067116 the following described
real estate in the County of Cook and State of Illinois, to-wit:
The West 30.0 feet of the North 90.0 feet of Lot 1 in Old Orchard Country
Club Subdivision, being a subdivision in the Norttr~est quarter (1/4) of
Section 27 and part of the East half (1/2) of the Northeast quarter (1/4)
of Section 28, Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook Cotmty, Illinois; containiDg 0.062 acres, more or less.
Subject to: covenants, conditions and restrictions of record; public
utility easements of record; general real estate taxes for 1986 and sub-
sequent years; zoning ordinances of the Village of .Mount Prospect; the
Consent Decree as amended, in case number 65 CH 5300.
