AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATION FOR PROPERTY
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2013 2019 EAST EUCLID AVENUE
WHEREAS, Ray Naegle has filed an application for variation with
respect to property commonly known as 2013 - 2019 East Euclid
Avenue in the Village of Mount Prospect, hereinafter referred to
as "Subject Property" and legally described as follows:
Lot Twenty-four (24) in Alten's Euclid Ave. Subdivision
of that part of the South 133.5 feet of the Northwest
Quarter (1/4) of Section 25, Township 42 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County,
Illinois;
and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner seeks a variation from the approved site
plan being the suboect of Ordinance No. 3533 to allow expansion
of a parking lot on the Subject Property located 20 feet from the
rear property line instead of the 69 feet approved by Ordinance
No. 3533; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the variation request being
the subject of ZBA Case No. 81-AP-87 before the Zoning Board of
Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect on the 17th day of
December, 1987, pursuant to due and proper notice thereof
published in the Mount Prospect Herald on the 2nd day of
December, 1987; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the recitals set forth hereinabove are
incorporated herein as findings of fact by the President and
'Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: The President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect hereby grant to the Subject Property the
variations requested with respect to the approved site plan of
Ordinance No. 3533 to allow the expansion of the parking lot
located 50 feet from the rear property line as shown on Exhibit 1
("Proposed Parking Addition dated 3/31/88) attached hereto and
hereby made a part hereof.
SECTION THREE: The parking lot shall be curbed as shown on
Exhibit 1 and also on the east property line from the rear of
building south to the edge of the parking lot.

SECTION FOUR: Except for the variation granted herein, all
other applicable Village of Mount Prospect Ordinances and
Regulations shall remain in full force and effect as to the
Subject Property.
SECTION FIVE: That this Ordinance shall be
