AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by decreasing the number of Class "V" hquor hcenses by one (1) (Kyotoya Corpora-
tion, 1182 South Elmhurst Road) so that hereafter said Subsection A of Sectton 13.
107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:
Four (4) Class A Licenses
One (I) Class B L~cense
Nine (9) Class C Licenses
One (1) Class D License
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G L~cense
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
One (1) Class P License
Fifteen (15) Class R Licenses
Thirteen (13) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class T License
Zero (0) Class V License
Five (5) Class W Licenses
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
after its passage, approval and pubhcatton in pamphlet form in the
by law.
