AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by deleting the number of Class "D" liquor licenses by one (1) (Veterans of Foreign
Wars-1337 Veterans' Club, 970 East Northwest Highway), so that hereafter said
Subsection A of Section 13. 107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:
Four (g) Class A Licenses
One (I) Class B License
Nme (9) Class G Licenses
One (1) Class D License
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
One (1) Class P License
Fifteen (15) Class R Licenses
Thirteen (13) Class S Licenses
One (1) Glass T License
One (1) Class V License
Five (5) Glass W Licenses
One (1) Glass Z License
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the
