AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect~ as amended, be and the same Is hereby further amended
by increasing the number of Class "C" liquor licenses by one (l) (Phar-Mor, Inc.,
Golf Plaza II Shopping Center, Golf & Elmhurst Roads) so that hereafter said
Subsection A of Section 13. 107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of L:censes:
Four (#) Class A Licenses
One (1) Class B License
Ten (10) Class C Licenses
One (1) Class D L:cense
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class N License
One (1) Class M License
One (I) Class P License
Fifteen (15) Class R Licenses
Thirteen (13) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class T License
Zero (0) Class V L:cense
Five (5) Class W Licenses
One (1) Class Z License
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the
