-If not, how can the Youth Commission conduct committee discussions?
-How can new Youth Commission members approve Minutes involving retired members?
-Can the Youth Commission take any official actions at its second meeting of the month?

- Survey monkey — how to change questions, input data, and get reports
- Vandalism — discussion and recommendations
3. Public Relations Committee
- Display board — next steps for updating
-Where to display — locations and schedule
- School announcements — next steps

4. Youth Resources Committee
- Update of Online catalog — how to repair broken hot links
- Update of Spanish language version — next steps
- Distribution of catalogs — coordination with Public Relations committee
