ORDINANCE NO. 4 0 7 9
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
SECTION ONE' That Subsection A of Section 13, 107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as mended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
increasing the number of Class "R" hquor licenses by one (1) (Crossroads Restaurant,
1800 South Elmhurst Road) and the number of Class "W" hquor licenses by one (1)
(Rosatfs Pizza, 1629 South Busse Road), so that hereafter said Subsection A of SecUon
13 107 of Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107 Number of Dcenses'
Three (3) Class A Licenses
Two (2) Class B Licenses
Ten (10) Class C Licenses
One (1) Class'D License
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
Two (2) Class P Licenses
Fifteen (15) Class R Licenses
Twelve (12) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class T License
Seven (7) Class W Licenses
SECTION TWO' That this Ordtnance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and pubhcation in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
