ORDINANCE NO. 4074
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILI~AGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, III.INOIS.
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13, 107 of Chapter 13 of the %llage
Code of Mount Prospect, as mended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
increasing the number of Class "W" liquor licenses by one (1) (Photos Hot Dogs, 1706-
1710 East Kensington), so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter
13 shall be and read as follows:
" Secnon 13.107. Number of Licenses:
Three (3) Class A Licenses
Two (2) Class B Licenses
Ten (10) Class C Licenses
One (1) Class D License
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One {l) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
Two (2) Class P Licenses
Fourteen (14) Class R Licenses
Twelve (12) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class T License
Six (6) Class W L~censes
SECTION Two; That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and pubhcation in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
