AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT) COOK COUNTY) ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same ~s hereby further amended
by deleting the number of Class "A" hquor hcenses by one (1) (Wdle L,quors, Inc.,
32-34 West Busse Avenue) and and the number of Class "R" hquor hcenses by one
(1) (Crossroads Restaurant and Pancake House, Inc., 1800 South Elmhurst Road), so
that hereafter sa~d Subsection A of Sect,on 13. 107 of Chapter 13 shall be and
read as follows:

Three (3) Class A L,censes
Two (2) Class B L,censes
Ten (10) Class C L~censes
One (1) Class D L,cense
Two (2) Class E Ltcenses
One (1) Class G Ltcense
One (1) Class H L,cense

Fourteen (It4) Class R L~censes
Twelve (12) Class S L~censes
One (1) Class T Ltcense
