CA~/ ORDINANCE NO. 4089 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 410 SOUTH MEIER ROAD WHEREAS, William V and Louise Mattson (hereinafter referred to as Petitioners) have filed a petition for a Special Use with respect to property commonly known as 410 South Meier Road (hereinafter referred to as the Subject Property); and Lots 8 in Kaplan-Braun's 2nd Addition to Mount Prospect, being a Subdivision of the East 300 feet of the North three-quarters of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of SEction 10, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois and WHEREAS, Petitioners seek a Special Use for the Subject Property, pursuant to Section 14.1101.C.6, to permit 4-car garages 980 square feet in size; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the request for Special Use (designated as ZBA Case No. 44-SU-89) before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect on the 27th day of July, 1989, pursuant to proper legal notice having been published in the Mount Prospect Herald on the 12th day of July, 1989; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has submitted its findings and recommendations in favor of the proposed Special Use to the President and Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect have given further consideration to the requests herein and have determined that the same meets the standards of the Village and that the granting of the proposed Special Use would be in the best interest of the public. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: The recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporated as findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. SECTION TWO: The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect do hereby grant to the Subject Property a Special Use to permit a 4-car garage 980 square feet in size. SECTION THREE: With the exception of the Special Use granted herein and the variations granted in Ordinance No. 4~g~ , the Subject Property shall comply with all other applicable Village of Mount Prospect Ordinances and regulations pertaining thereto. SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect BA 44-SU-89 Page 2 of 2 from and after form in the manner provided by law.
