The ?resident called the meeting to order with Trustees
Fudlong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Ville res;bonding
• present.
Minuts of the previoud meeting were read and approved.

It was moved by Trustee Carlson and 2nd by T r stee Yudlor_g,
that the Treasurers report which follows be accepted as
read. C- rried by acclamation.

Gould that the S)ecial assessme report be placed on
file. Moton carried by acclamation.

It VIPS moved oy Trustee Buulong and 2nd by Trustee
Carlson, that the Puolic Grounds committee act on
leveling the prooerty of Busse for the soft
oali league, and to c000perate with the members of
the soft ball league in doing seine. Carried.
It was moved by Trustee Budlong and 2nd by Carlson
that April 25th, be designated as Clean up Day.
Carried oy acclamation.

A motin by Trustee Nieouhr and 2nd oy Carlson that the
Public Grounds committee, take care of the playground
equip et. Carried oy acclamation.
It w -s moved oy Trustee Budiong and 2nd by Trustee Carlson
that the following be appointed as Judges and Clerks of the
election. Judges: R. E. 4,uinn, Chas. Homeyer and Geo. Crew
ford. Clerks Mrs. A. Wille, Mrs P.• Jones and L rs Art Flesch.
The Motion was ruled out of ord r by the P resioent .

To the Honora ole Poerd of Trustees_ By virtue of the
authority confereed upon me, I hereby appoint the foll-
owing Judges and Clerks and respectfully ask your con-
currence therein.. Judges R. Kruse, A. Soenkson, Emil Ierge.
Clerks, Mrs A. Tille, Mrs Dora Bencic, Mrs. Chas. Pankonin.
It was moved by Trustee Wille that the a,000intements be
concurred in. The motion died for lack of a second.
It was :coved by Trustee Budiong and and by Trustee Carlson
that the following be r pointed rs Judges and Clerks:
Judges, Quinn, Homeyer and Crawford. Clerks Mrs. Ville, Mrs
Jonas and 'Y?rs Flesch. The President refused to call the
motion, and handed the clerk the following comunication:
To the Honorable :hoard of Trustees: I hereby make the
following appointments for Judges and Clerks, starting
Aoril3rd, and ending Ma.y 3rd, 1934. Judges, Kruse
Soenkson, Nerge. Clerks Yrs.ille, `?rs Bencic and ?firs
PPnkonin.
It via - s moved by Trustee Budiong and end by Trustee Carlson
that the 30 day appointments of the President be not con-
firmed.
After a lengthy discussion it was moved by Trustee Carlson
and end by Trustee Gould,.,that a recess be declared. The
vote on this motion was rs follows : Nays, Budiong, Carlson
Gould and Nieouhr. nlie passed,
After a. lengthy discussion with the Village Attorney regarding
the appointments, Trustee Carlson moved that a recess be de},
clared. the :notion was 2nd by Trustee Gould the vote being as
follows. Five Ayes and no nays.

The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk upon the request of the Board was ordered to call
the roll on the previous motion of Trustees Eudlong and
Carlson which had not been voted upon. Ayes Budiong, Carlson
Gould and Nieouhr. Nays Wille.
It was moved by Trustee Gould and 2nd by Trustee Niebuhr
that an ordinance to regulate the sale of alcoholic liquors r
in the Village of ?`t ,rosoect, county of Cook and St<rte of /V'
Illinois be passed. The motion was carried by the fo &lowing
vote. Ayes Budiong, Carlson, Gould, Niebuhr and Wine. Nays
none.
It wns :13rac by Trustee Budlong and 2nd by Trustee Gould
that the Judiciary committee meet with the Village Attorney
to draw up an ordinance for the procedure of appointments
for Judges and Clerks of 31ections. The motion w?s ^s foll-
ows. Ayes Budlong, Carlson, Gould, Niehauhr, ?Nays
It was moved by Trustee Carlson 'nd 2nd by Trustee Gould
`r+ that the meeting oe 'djourned until April 5th, 1934.
Motion crrried by acclamrtion.
