VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, HELD IN VILLAGE HALL
AUGUST / MU 1933.
The President called the meeting to order, with Trustees
✓ Budlong, Carlson, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille present.
Minutes of the meeting of July 5th were read and approved,
motion being duly made seconded and carried.
The Clerk presented the following report of the Village Treasurer:

Moved bu Trustee Gaul, seconded by Trustee Budlong that report
be placed on file. Motion carried by vote of acclamation.
The Clerk then presented Special Assessment report for month
of July 1933. Trustee Budlong moved that report be placed on
file, Trustee Niebuhr seconded this motion and same carried
by vote of acclamation.
The following bills were presented for payment:

Trustee Gaul moved that bills be paid, Trustee Carlson seconded
the motion and same carried by the following vote. Ayes Budlong,
Carlson, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. The President declared
the motion carried — and directed that proper vouchers be drawn.
It was moved by 'Trustee Gaul, seconded by Trustee Carlson that
Village agrees to pay at once rent to the School Board in the
amount of $200.00 minus 33.61 for water, The roll was called
with the following result. Ayes, Budlong, Carlson, Gaul, Gould
Niebuhr and Wille. The President declared the motion carried.
Motion made by Trustee Gaul and seconded by Trustee Carlson_
that matter of sale of food in Malt Beverage license be referred
to Police committee for investigation. Motion carried by vote
of acclamation.
It was further moved by Trustee Gaul and seconded by Trustee
Carlson, that matter of repairint pump on fire truck be referred
to Fire Committee for action. Motion carried by vote of acclamation.
Moved by Trustee Gaul, Seconded by Trustee Gould that Street
Committee get in touch with Drainage Commissioners to get North
Side Streets in shape. Motion carried.
Moved by Trustee Gaul that we advertise for bids on police car
subject to old car trade in, Bids to opened Sept. 5th, 1933.
The Motion was seconded by Trustee Wille. The roll was called
with the following results: Ayes, Budlong, Carlson, Gaul, Gould,
Niebuhr and Wille. The President declared the motion carried.

Trustee Gaul moye4 that check offered by National T C
37.98 refund on 3% sales tax be held by President. ustee
Budlosg seconded this motion and same carried by vote of
acclamation.
There being no further business it was duly moved, seconded
and unaminotsly carried that the Board adjourn.
