M. 0 President Meyn called the meeting to order with Trustees Barcroft, Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Ville answering to roll call. Trustee Gaul moved that the minutes of the regular meeting held October, 4th3 1932 be approved as written. Trustee Gould seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. The following report of the Village Treasurer was presented to the Board at this time: - GENERAL FUND Receipts , F. H. L. ''rospect State Bank 10.83 $459.24 . C. D. Busse Treas., Trustee Gould moved that the Treasurer's report be accepted and placed on file. Trustee Niebuhr seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of' acclamation. Trustee Gaul moved that the Treasurer's report on receipts and disbursements of Special Assessment Funds be placed on file. Trustee C Wille seconded this notion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. The Public Service Company presented a request forte following permit: - To make pavement openings at the following locations to repair gas mains 1 2' X 4' opening 22' E -W Elm Street 20' S -N Evergreen Street 1 2' X 4' opening 21' S -N Evergreen Street 14' E -W Elm Street To be back filled with sand and repaired as found at once. Trustee Budlong moved that the permit be granted. Trustee Niebuhr second- ed this iaotion and the same carried by vote of acclamation. Trustee Gould moved that the Village Clerk be ed a warrant payable out of the water Fund in the amount of $32.71 for overpayment acconoing to the Auditor's report. Trustee Barcroft seconded this motion and the same carried by the following roll call; "Ayes" Trustees Barcroft, Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. None voting "Naye" the President declared the motion carried and directed the warrant be issued. Trustee Gaul seconded that motion and the I roll was called with the following results; 'Ayes" Trustees Barcroft • • Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr, and Ville. None voting "Naye" the Presid- ent declared the motion carried and directed that the proper warrants be issued. Truce Gould moved that An Ordinance authorizing the Issua cf V $3,000.00 in Tax Anticipation Warrants be approved. Trustee Gaul seconded this motion and the roll was called with the following results "Ayes" T Barcroft, Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Ville. None voting "Kaye" the "'resident declared the motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time Trustee Gould moved that same adjour. Trustee Barcroft seconded this motion and the same carried by vote of acclamation.
