of The Village of Mount 'rospect, Held in
The Village Board Rooms, Tune, 7th, 1932
at The Hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M.
The President called the meeting to order with Trustees
Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Nille answering to roll call..
Truataw Barcroft being absent.
Trustee Gaul moved that the minutes of the meeting held
May, 3rd., 1932, those of the meeting hel Lay,,9th, 1932 be approved
as written with a correction in those of the meeting held May, 9th as
follows: - The reference to the Police and License Committee should be
changed to Police &nd Light Committee. Trustee Budlong seconded the motion
to approve the :iinytes as corrected and the motion carried by vote of
acclamation.
The following report of the Village Treasurer was presented to
the Board at this time: -

Budlong seconded this motion and the same earried by vote of acclimation.

be placed on file. Trustee Gould seconded this motion and *he same carried
by vote of acclamation.

Trustee Gaul moved that the bills be paid. Trustee Niebuhr
seconded this motion and the roll was called with the following
result; Ayes Trustees Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. None
voting "Naye" the President declared the motion carried and directed
tha* the bills be paid.

FOR THE FICAL YEAR WRIGINNING MAY, 1st, 1932 and ENDING
APRIL, #pth, 1933.
Trustee Gould moved that the Ordinance be passed as read. Trustee
'Budlong seconded this motion and the roll was called with the following
"Ayes" Trustees Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Mille. None voting "Nays"
the resident declared the motion carried and the `' rdinance passed as
read.
Trustee Gould moved that the Ordinance be published in the next
issue of the Cook County H erald. Trustee Budlong seconded this motion
and the roll was called with the following resluts, "Ayes" Trustees
''` Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr, Wille. None voting "Naye" the President
� r declared the motion carried
Trustee Budiong moved that the natter of auditing the Village
Books be refered to the Judiciary 'Committee for their recommendations.
Motion was duly seconded and carried by vote of acclamation.
Trustee Gaul moved that the matter of painting the Village Flag
Pole be refered to the President for action. Motion was duly seconded d
and the °ao11 vase ta11id..wi:th'the following resluts, "Ayes" Trustees
Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. None voting "Naye" the rresidait
declared the motion carried.

Attached hereto is summary of expense connected with
installing drainage structures in connection with the paving of
C Rt. 19 thru Mt. Prospect, representing a total of 42,985.58
of whigh amount the State of Illinois has paid a total of 41,964.81\
and the Weller Creek Drainage District a total of 41363.44 leaving
{ a balance of p655.3 owing from the Village of Mt. Prospect for
their portion of the \work and for which a seperate itemized bill 1
is attached.
The location of the various items of work are indicated
on the attached plan furnished by the Consoer Engineering Co. and
which plan was proposed for the proposed widening of Rt. 19 to be
leye by Special Assessment.

1 Upon abandonment of this proposed widening by Special
Ass ssment, it was recommended by the Village Engineer that the ;
Vi:ki age Board authorize the installation of alll drainage required I
for' this widening before completionof the State portion of t

paling Rt. 19 to avoid the expense of tunneling under the pavement /
at'such later time as the Village saw fit to proceed with the '
additional widening.'

Trustee Budiong moved that the bill refered to in the above
communication be paid in five monthly installments, Trustee Gaul
seconded this motion and the same carried by the following /Jill call.
"Ayes" Trustees,,Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Willy.. None voting
"Naye" the President declared the motion carried.
Trustee Gould moved that the Village try to obtain a maximum
loan on the 1931 Tax Levy by issuing Tax Anticipation Warrants. Trustee
Budlong seconded this motion and the roll was called with the following
results "Ayes" Trustees Budlong, Gaul, Gould, Niebuhr and Wille. None
Voting *1 aye" the i'resident decl red the motion carried.
There being no further business Trustee Gaul moved that the
Board of Trustees adjourn. Trustee Gould seconded this motion and the
same carried by vote of acclamation.
