Minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, held at the Village
Hall in said Village on October 6, 1931.
The President called the meeting to order. The Clerk
called the roll, all responding present.

permits be granted. Carried.

�✓' order 500 auto sticker licenses - Nos. 1 to 450 for automobiles
and Nos. 1 to 50 for trucks. Roll Call: Ayes 6 - Nays None.
Moved by Mr. Gaul seconded by Mr. Budiong that State
permit for sidewalks along Northwest Highway be granted, if O.K.'d
by engineers. Roll Call: Ayes 6 - Nays None.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. rlesch, to refer
matter of signs on highway to the Street and Sidewalk Committee
for investigation. Carried.
Moved by Mr. gau1, seconded by Mr. Budiong, to refer
matter of Police Car to the Police & Light Commiteee for investi-
gation. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Budiong, seconded by Mr. Gerken, that
motorcycle be overhauled. Roll Call: Ayes 6 Nays None.
Moved by gr. Gerken, seconded by Mr. Gaul that Village .
purchases cinders for George and Albert Street sidewalk crossings.
Roll Call: Ayes 6 - Nays None.
Moved by Mr. Dresser, seconded by Mr. Budiong, to
instruct Village Collector to turn over all money collected by
the 20th of each month. Roll Call: Ayes 6 - Nays None.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, to turn
matter of paving strip where switch crossing street on Emerson
Street over to the Street & Sidewalk Committee for action.
Ayes - 6 - Nays None.
Moved by Mr. Budiong, seconded by Mr. Gaul, that the
lowering of the drop line an additional 40 feet be referred to
the Committee for an estimate. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, that resolution to give a 10% discount
on all water bills after January 1, 1932, if same are paid fifteen
days, from date of bill until further notice. Ayes - 6 - Nays None.
