Minutes of meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, held July 7, 1931, at the
Village Hall.
The President called the meeting to order. The
Clerk called the roll, all responding present.
Minutes were accepted as read.

bids for installing stop and go lights on Emmerson and Northwest
Highway be opened.

Moved by Mr. Dresser, seconded by Mr. Budiong that
matter of Community Hall repairs be referred to the Public Grounds
nd Building Committee for investigation. Motion carried.
Moved by Mr. Dresser, seconded by Mr. Gaul that questions
of Rifle Range be referred to the Judiciary Committee. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Budiong that Paul
Schroemants water bill be adjusted to equal his regular bills.
Carried.
Moved by Mr. Barcroft, seconded by Mr. Budiong, that
Village_buy Shur Stop kit for police car for $22.50.. Roll call,
ayes 6 - nays none.

. appointment of William Mulso as superintendent of streets and
superintendent of water works be concurred in. Roll call -

Moved by Mr. Budlong, seconded by Mr. Flesch to
refer matter of interest on special assessment funds of 1%
to the Finance Committee for investigation. Carried.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, that
bond of William Mulso be approved. Roll call - ayes 6 - nays
none.
Moved by Mr. Budlong, seconded by Mr. Dresser that
ordinance providing for the levying and assessment of taxes for
the current fiscal year of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois,
commencing May 1, 1931, ending April 30, 1932, be passed. Roll
call - ayes 6 - nays none.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Mr. Barcroft, that
Electric Lights be put in fire house. Roll call - ayes 6 -
nays none.
Moved by Mr. Flesch, seconded by Mr. Barcroft,
that we change to a 10 H.P. Motor instead of a 15 H.P. motor
for the sum of $120.00 for new pump. Roll call - ayes 6 -
. nays none.
Moved by Mr. G by Mr. Gaul that
we appoint the Mount Prospect Uitizens' Hand as the Village
• Band. Roll Call - ayes 6 - nays none.
Moved by Mr. Budlong,,,seconded by Mr. Gerken, that
we refund $7.50�each to Mulso and Lesch for overpayment on
insurance. Roll call - ayes 6 - nays e.
