the Village of Mount Prospect, held on January 6, 1931.
The meeting was called to order by the President and
on call of the roll all members were found to be present.
The minutes of the previous meetings were approved as
read.
Treasurer's Report was ordered placed on file.

It was moved by Trustee Flesch, seconded by Trustee
Gerken that vond of J. P. Moehling for the sum of $100,000.00
be approved. Roll Call: Ayes 6 - Nays None.
It was moved by Mr. Budlong, seconded by lr. Dresser
that the following bills be referred to the Street and Sidewalk
Committee for investigation. Motion carried.

Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Ir. Budlong that matter
of Stop and Go Lights for Central and Main Street be investigated
and if they are necessary see if we can get a permit from the State
to install tow signals at this crossing. Carried.
Moved. by Mr. Gaul, seconded by Ir. Flesch that Pittsburg
& Badger meter representatives call at next meeting to explain why
we have trouble with our water meters.
Moved by Mr. Gaul, seconded by :Ir. Flesch to give all
business houses thirty days to pay their licenses and have Mr.
:ulso notify them of the Board's action. Carried.

accept the Mount ftlplotect State Bank's proposition of 2% on
1000.00 balancepftg754r their letter, and that they be notified.
Motion carried. Ayes: 6. rays — None.
Moved by Mr. Budlong, seconded by.Jir. Gerken that the
President appoint a committee to draw up a plumbing code, same to
^, be returned to the Village Board for action. Motion carried..
The President appointed the following:

"RESOLVED that in accordance with the recommendation
of the Finance Committee the Village Treasurer be paid a salary
of $50.00 per month until May 1, 1921, provided if the interest
received by the Village on daily balances in the bank of Village
funds, does not equal 850.00, such salary shall be limited to
the amount of such interest. Roll Call: Ayes 6 - Nays None.
Moved by Barcroft, seconded by Mr. Gerken that Chairman
of Policy & Light Committee purchase tire for motorcycle. Roll
Call: Ayes 6 - Noys - None.
