The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of May 6th, 1930, was read and approved as read.

It was duly moved by Trustee Barcroft, seconded by Trustee Gerken
that said bills be paid and Clerk be directed to issue vouchers
for same.

Motion Carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Dresser, seconded by Trustee Gaul
that Mr. Bunn of Arlington Heights be given permit to take care of
garbage in the Village of Mt. Prospect at a price not to exceed $.25
per week for one collection. Motion Carried.
It was duly move°; by Trustee Gaul, seconded by Trustee Budlong to
have Mr. Laurin audit special assessment and corporate fund for a
price not to exceed $450.00.

Nays none.
Motion Carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Budlong seccnded by Trustee Barcroft that
Public Grounds Committee be given full power to act on Baseball
Grounds. Motion Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong, seconder: by Trustee Gaul that
bond of $1000.00 for Mr. Mulso be approved.

Motion Carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Barcroft, seccnded by Trustee Budlong
that Clerk Give Mr. Gotsch #400 and Mr. L. G. Johnson #399 to re-
place lost plates. Motion Carried.
(:: It was duly moved by Trustee Barcroft, seconded by Trustee Flesch
that the following Public Service Permits be granted. Motion Carried.
To set poles on Lincoln St. and on Go -Wanda Ave. as shown on
attached sketch.
To lay 3/4 "- Service Pipe From Existing Main 15' E/W Hi -Lusi
Ave. Westward to Property Line to Serve Boorman & Coughlin, 318
Hi -Luse Ave. No Concrete to be Broken.
It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong, seconded by Trustee Flesch
to refer permit for Illinois Bell Telephone Company to the chairman
of Street & Sidewalk Committee for action. Motion Carried.
To the Honorable Board of Trustees,
Village of Mount Prospect, I11.
Gentlemen:
By virtue of authority conferred upon me by ordinance
I hereby appoint E. C. Bolton, Mrs. J. Gehringer, Arthur Flesch
as members of the Board of Health and respectfully ask your con -
currence therein.

It was duly moved by Trustee Flesoh, seconded by Trustee Gerken that
said appointment be concurred in.

It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong, seconded by Trustee Flesch
that Accident Insurance premium of 4120.00 for Messrs. Mulso &
$esoh Polioies be paid.

The Clerk read the following communications.
To His donor the President and Members of the
Village Board of Mount Prospect, Illinois.
Gentlemen:
I hereby tender my resignation as a member of the
Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois.
The same to take effect immediately.

It was duly moved by Trustee Budiong that Arthur Flesoh resignation
be accepted.

Motion Carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Gaul, seoondec. by Trustee Gerken that an
ordinance making appropriations for corporate purposes of the �1
Village of Mt. Prospect, Illinois for the fiscal year beginning
May 1, 1930, and ending April 30, 1931, be passed.

Ayes, Barcroft, Budiong, Dresser, Flesoh, Gaul and Gerken.
Nays none.
Motion Carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Gaul, seconded by Trustee Bleach that
matter regarding motorcycle be referred to Police & Light Committee
for action.
ROLL CALL.
Ayes, Barcroft, Budiong, Dresser, Flesoh, Gaul and Gerken,
Nays none.
Motion Carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Flesoh, seconded by Trustee Barcroft
that police get one day off per week any day except; Saturday or
Sunday. Motion Carried.
Thereupon it was reported that books of the Treasure, Clerk & Police
Magistrate were found correct.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
