It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Flesch that said
bills be paid and Clerk by directed to issue vouchers for same.

It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong, seconded by Trustee Barcroft that
the Village buy an extra fire hydrant and six inch valve from J. C. Erd-
ley & Company.

Nays none. .
Motion Carried. Ayes six, nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Budlong, seconded by Trustee .ifleseh that April
24th, 1930 be designates as clean -up day. Motion Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Barcroft that Clerk
be allowed to give Henry Busche No. 400 Vehicle license plate to replace
No. 197 which was lost. Motion Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Barcroft that
the following application from the Illinois Bell Telephone Company be
granted:

conditions of its ordinance rights now in effect in the above named
municipality, a permit to do work as indicated by the sketch on the
reverse side of this sheet, together with the necessary wires, cables
and other equipment thereon or therein.

It was duly moved by Trustee Baroroft, seconded by Trustee Flesch
that the Public Service Company permits be granted.
In Prospect Manor Ave., 14 E /r, to Lay 2" H. P. Gas Main From a
Point 199' N/N Gregorty Northward 935' To Lay 52' - 3/4 " Gas Service
Pipe from End of Main Eastward to Property Line. No Pavement to be
broken.
To set one pole on Hill St. between Prospect, Manor Ave. & Eastwood
Ave. as shown by Sketch on Reverse Side.
Motion Carried.
It was moved by Trustee Budiong, seconded by Trustee Flesch that we
ask for figures on painting fire hydrants. Motion Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Budlon, seconded by Trustee Baroroft
that Clerk be instructed to write improvement association regarding
signs on south side of town on Elmhurst Road. Motion Carried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Flesch, seconded by Trustee Budiong that
refund William Niemeyer for four water meters which he paid for and
did not receive.

It was duly moved, seconded and carried to suspend Board Meeting.

ordinance constructing side walks along the north side of Center Road
and West of-the Chicago & North Western Railroad to existing side
walk in Picks Sub. in the Village of Mount Prospectbe passed.

Nays none.
Motion Carried, Ayes six, Nays none.
It was duly moveu. by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Rlesch that
ordinances constructing side walks on the north side of Center Road
and west of the North West Highway to Main Street be passed.
