Trustee Haas ohairman of the finance committee reporteu that a 46037.50 anticipation warrant was issued being 7520 of the 1928 tax levy also a report was made about shortage in the different funds. It was moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Budlofig that Clerk and yinance Committee trnsfer-necessary amounts tc the different funds which show a deficit. ROLL CALL. Ayes, Beigel, Budlong, Flesch, Haas and Noll. • Nays none. Motion Carried, ayes five, Nays none. It was moved by Trustee Budlong seconded by Trustee Noll that the Illinois Telephone permit for anohor near Bus2.e Ave. and Prospect avenue be granted. Motion Carried. Thereupon the Clerk re.iu the letter from St. Paul's Athletic Club thankin the Village for the use cf the Public Baseball Grounds at the same time askin for permission tc use same Tuesday evenings from June 1, 1930 to Sept. 30, 1930. It WAS roved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Budlcng that permit be granted. Motion Carried. Clerk read Petition frcm property owners in Prospect 1 Country Club regardinEs homes being build which in the opinion cf the siJners did not comply with certain restrictions in this Subdivision after due consideraticn Mr. Thal our village Attorney advised the Beard that this matter was not a matter for the Village Beard tc decide but up to tile property owners and the Subdivider. Thereupon a motion was duly made seconded and carried that meeting (:: adjuarned.
