The President called the meeting to order. The Clerk called
the roll, all trustees responding present, except Trustee Noll.
It was moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Beigel that Trustee
Budlong aot as Clerk Pro Tem. lotion carriea.
The Treasurer's report as follows was read ana ordered placed
on file:

It was moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Barcroft that
said bills be paid.

Ayes, Barcroft, Beigel, Budlong, Flesch and Haas.
Nays none.
Motion carried. Ayes five, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee Flesch
that the people living on Central Street and N. W. Highway be
informed about the Mass Meeting in regard to the sidewalks which
will be held September 24th. Motion Carried.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that meeting be adjourned.
