The President the meeting'to_ordet.
The Clerk palled the -roll, all trustees except Noll,responding present,

lawn. Mr. Mulso was regv.eated to see owners of same.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seoonded by Trustee Baroroft that we
return 410.00 to Geo. Busse which he deposit on April 21, 1923. Motion
parried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong seconded by Trustee Beigel that the
matter of shrubs, which was brought up by Mr. Coughlin, be referred to
the Judioiary Committee to draw up an Amended Ordinance. Motion parried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Budlong seconded by Trustee Fleeoh that the
Punic Park Committee report baok to the Village Board at the next meet-
ing about the Public Park. Motion parried.
It was duly moved by Trustee Baroroft seconded by Trustee Beigel that
we hpy 10 gal. paint at $2.40 per gal. to mark streets.

It Was duly moved by Trustee Baroroft seoonded by Trustee Budlong that
tle Mutual Benefit Health and Accident Asaooiation of Omaha insure our
Chief of Police and Motoroyole Polioe man for 3,000.00.premium for
4300.00 a year for each. Two- thirds to be paid by the village one
by Mulso and Lesoh.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Beigel that Clerk
draws Vouchers for f133.34 in favor of Mutual Bennefit Aasooiation.

It was duly moved by Trustee Flesoh seconded by Trustee Baroroft that
we have Wm. Schott out curb for driveway in village at the rate of 50
)(mute per foot.
