The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present,
President Busse absent.
Trustee Haas was elected President pro tem.
The minutes of the meeting of Feb 3 /qy9 were read and same
were on motion duly made approved.

It was duly moved by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Pohlman
• that said bills be paid and clerk be direoted to issue warrants
for same.

Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Doll and Pohlman.
Nays none. Motion carries ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by
Trustee Mecklenburg that bonds of $25,000.00 each for
George Busse and Christian D. Busse be approved.

Ways, none. Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following permit:

It was moved by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Beigel that

It was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg, seconded by Trustee
Heide that Clerk eall election for 1 President, 3 Trustees,
and 1 Police Magistrate.

Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Noll, seoonded by Trustee
Beigel that plat be adopted and changes made,
naming street Candota instead of Forest Ave. Carried.
It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned.
