Busse stamps 5.00 It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Beigel, . that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants for game. • ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried ayes five, nays none. • Thereupon it was duly - moved by Trustee Mecklenburg, seconded by Trustee Pohlman that bids for annex to tillage hall be opened. Motion carried. The bid from J. H. Gors for $2387.00 was received. It was duly moved seconded and carried that said bid be referred to Public Grounds Committee. Messrs. H. 0. Gunderson, Albert Wille and Henry Beigel were appointed as a special committee to investigate gyp -lap and celotex It was moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Mecklenburg, that report of special committee be approved and adopted and the Judiciary Committee be authorized to prepare the necessary ordinance and the committee be extended a vote of. thanks. 1 ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg and Pohlman. Motion carried, ayes, five, nays none. • Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Heide that Chief of Police be authorized to arrange for a pick up day some time in the month of November. Dear Sir: Application is hereby made by the Public Service Co. of Northern Illinois to perform work as ppecified below: To lay 200 2" g Rs main in W/S Hi Lusi N/ Lincoln Ave. Install 3- 4" gas service pipes to serve Fairweather & Co. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Pohlman that ordinance for sidewalk on east side of Main St., Lincoln to Milburn be passed. ROLL GALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg and Pohlmann. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes five, nays none. It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned until October 19th, 1928•, Oct. 19, 1928. Minutew of an adjourned meeting held Oct. - 144nd, 1928. The President called the meeting to order. The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present. It was moved by Trustee Noll, seconded by Trustee Haas, that $25.00 contributed to the defense of Lake Bluff Zoning Appeal Fund. ROLL CALL Ayes, t±eigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman. Nays, none. Motion carried, ayes six, nays none. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Pohlman, seconded by Trustee Heide that Mr. H. F. Seegers be permitted to move tree in his parkway. Motion carried. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Beigel that we purchase an American La France Fire Truck for the • sum of $6750.00, checks to be returned to unsuccessful bidders.. ROLL CALL Beigel aye, Haas aye, Heide aye, Mecklenburg nay, Noll nay, Pohlmann nay and President Busse aye. Motion carried ayes four, nays three. It was moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Beigel that President and clerk be authorized to sign contract for fire track in behalf of the village. ROLL CALL Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg and Noll. Nays Pohlman. Motion carried ayes five, nays none. Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Heide, seconded by Trustee Beigel that matter of rental for different organizations be referred to Public Grounds Committee. Carried.
