It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel, seconded by Trustee
Heide that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to
issue warrants for same.
Roll Call
Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman.
Nays none. Motion carried ayes six, nays none
It was duly moved that letter from Chamber of Commerce
be considered.
It was duly moved seconde( and carried that Trustee 1ecklenburg
represent 'pillage at next Fire Dept. meeting asmmentioned in
their letter.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that bond for Christian
D. Busse for $25,000.00 and Messrs Henry Holste and Henry
Haberkamp as sureties be approved.
It was duly moved that ordinance for paving of Lancaster and /V-
other streets be approved.

Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, Noll and Pohlman.
Nays none. Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Noll seconded by Trustee
Heide that permit be granted to Christian Day school to
Close Busse Ave from Elm St. to Owen during recess and noon
hour.
It was duly moved. by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
Beigel that Supt of Buildings be instructed. to issue permit
to Prank Stropek for home.
It was moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee Heide
that permit be granted to either Milburn Bros ast or Geo.
Welsch to use Railroad Ave for use of a temporary setup
for their gravel bins between Central & Main.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee •
• Mecklenburg that automatic switch for pump be installed.
Roll Call.
Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide, Mecklenburg, 1011 and Pohlman.
Nays none.
Motion parried, ayes six, nays none.

The clerk called the meeting to order.
Trustee Haas was elected President pro tem.
The Clerk a alled the roll, all trustees responding present.
It was moved, seconded and carried that plat of Lonnquist's
be approved.
It was moved and seconded that Public School be lat permited
to close Emerson St. between Busse Ave and Central Road
during recess and noon hour. Carried.
It was moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Beige'
that AN ORDINANCE RT'GULATING THE PLANTING OF TRIMS AND ' 413 SHRUBBERY ON TH7 PARKWAYS OF TH STR S IN THE VIT,LAGF OF
MOUNT PROSPECT? COOK COUNTY ILLINOIS be approved.
