Dear Sir: -
You are hereby notified to call a special meeting
for the purpose of approving plat and to take up such other
business that may come before said meeting, same to be held
May 27th, 1927.

The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll, all trustees responding present,
except trustees Mecklenburg and Noll.
Thereupon a plat of Laudermilk'e Subdivision of Lots 3,4,5,
6 and 7 in Block 7 in Mount Prospect subdivision of Mount
Prospect in the w4 of Section 12, T. 41 N., R. 11 E. of 3rd
P.M. was presented.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Haas
that said plat be approved.
Roll Call,
Ayes, Beigel, Haas, Heide and Pohlman.
Nays none.
Motion carried, ayes four, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following bills:

C. D. Busse 42.39
h ^ - 47.01
Edwin L. Busse 94.02

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee Beigel
that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

Ayes Bieg4a, Haas, Heide and Pohlman.
Nays, none
Motion oarried, ayes four , nays none.
