Pingel, printing 3,00 Wm Gromoll, police servioe 1.25 Public Service 00. light 7.00 Albert Wills, material 15.19 Wm Busse le Son, mdse '440 Prod Bierman, labor 18.-00 William Busse Jr, stamps 2.20 Badger Deter Mfg. 00. repairs 1.-66 Public Service 00/ light and power 17.95 It was duly moved by Trustee leas seconded by Trustee Melds that said bills be paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants for same, ROLL CALL Ayes Beigel Maas /side loll and Pohlman /aye none, Lotion carried ayes five nays none, Thereupon the clerk read the following resolutions Whereas it appears thee a pertain portion of the brick building owned and accupied by the National Utility Battery Company on Lots A and B in the Resubdivision of part of Block Ten (10) of Busse Will.'s Resubdivision encroaches upon Evergreen Ave in the Pillage of Mount Prospeot and whereas the said National Utility Battery Company, for itself, its successors and assigns, desires to oontinue the maintenanoe of. that portion of the building aforesaid now on Evergreen Ave, and whereas it appears that inch encroachment is so small as to be neglible, and whereas the re- moval of said building would entail a large expenditure without any benefits resulting and whereas it it the opinion of this Board of Trustees that the public rights beoause of said encroach- ment are not in any manner harmed. It is therefor resolved that the President of this Village be and he is hereby authorized and directed, for and in oonsideration of the sum of One Dollar paid by the National Utility Battery Co. to grant an easement to the National Utility Battery C®., its- sucoessors and assigns, to maintain that portion of its brick building now located in Evergreen Ave., as long as the said building continues to exist. Notion carried ayes five, nays none. c Thereupon a plat of Oentralwood Subdivision being a subdivision . of the following described land: Beginning at the S.E. eorner of the W. 1/2 of the S.B. 1/4 of Section 33, T. 42.N. R. 11 B. of the 3rd P._. thenoe west along south line of said Section 33 a distance of 14.82 ohains, thenoe north along a line parallel to the east line of W. 1/2 of S.M. 1/4 of said section 33, to the sly line of the right of way of the Chicago and Northwestern Ry. CO., thence S.ely along the said right of way line to the east line of W. L/2 of 3.3..1/4 of said section 33, thenoe south along last mentioned line to the place of beginning was presented. It was moved by Trustee Boll seconded by Trustee Heide thatt said plat be approved. ROLL CALL Ayes Seigel, Haas, Heide, Boll and Pohlman. • ' Nays none. Motion carried, ayes five, nays none. It was moved by Trustee Haas the Lonquist Co. be granted permit to use water for their Golf Cousae and that a meter of sufficient size be ordered to take .oars of it. It was duly moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by Trustee Pohlman that planks be put in at Wille St. on the east side from side- walk to pavement. ROLL CALL Ayes Seigle Haas /Wide Boll and Pohlman. Mays none, Motion carried, ayes fir., nays none. It was moved by Trustee Pohlman thatddposit of Herbert B. Zerren be returned. Motion carried. P .
