The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of November 3rd were read and same
were on motion duly made approved,

It was duly moved, seconded and carried that said bills be
paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants for same.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee
Beigel that bids for grader and tractor be opened. Motion carried.
Therupon it was duly moved by Trustee Haas seconded
by Trustee Mecklenburg that tractor and grader be referred to
the Street and Sidewalk Committee for Further investigation.
Motion carried.
Moved by T ustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee Mecklenburg
that Village Clerk buy Vehicle and Dog License Plates. Carried.
It was duly moved seconded and carried, meeting adjourned.
