Meeting came to order.
The Clerk read the following proclamation.

I, Edwin L. Busse, Clerk of the Village of
Mount Prospect, Cook County Illinois, and keeper of the
records and files thereof, do hereby certify that at an eleotion
held in the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, ILLINOIS,
on Tuesday April 21st, 1925, the following named persons were
duly elected to the office set opposite their respective names
and each of them has filed in my office the oath of office re-
quired by law.

The Clerk Called the Roll, all Trustees responding present
except Trustees Heide and Noll.
Minutes of the Meetings of April 7th, 13th, and 27th were
read and same were on motion duly made, seconded and carried,
approved as read.
Thereupon the Clerk read the following communications from
President William Busse.

By virtue of authority conferred upon me by ordinance I hereby
appoint the following committees for the ensuing fiscal year
and respectfully ask your concurrence therin:

Thereupon the Bond of Mr William Busse, Village President
for the sum fo Three Thousand Dollars with William Busse Jr
and Albert E. Busse as sureties was presented and same on
motion made seonded and carried, approied/

Thereupon din Ordinance entitled "An Ordinate designating
Members df the Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect Illinois as members of the Board of Local Improvements
Passed May 5th, 1925.
Approved May 5, 1925" was read.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas that said ordinance
be pa S .D.

Thereupon it was duly moveu by Trustee Haas seconded by
Trustee Pohlman that the following be transferred, from the
Judiciary Fund 426.13 to the Salary and 410.06 to the Health
& Drainage Fund and 410.18 to the Election Expense Fund.

Therupon it was duly moved, seconded and carried that the
Clerk and Treasurer he directed to close their books upon
the payment of bills approved at this meeting and that the
Finance Committee be directed to audit books of the Clerk and
the Treasurer. •
Therupon a plat of Mrospeot Subdivision No. 1 being a
subdivision of the W. 1/2 of the N. 60 rods of the S.W. 1/4
of Section 12 -41 -11 excepting streets heretofore dedicated.
It was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded Trustee
Beigel that said plat be approved and the President and
Clerk be authorized ant directed to sign same for the village.

Beigel that the salary of the Chief of Police, Supt cf
Water Works and Supt of Bldg. be $150.00 per month.

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas that Mr/ William Mulso
be authorized to build fence in back of Village Hall.

It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
Haas that bid of C. M. Porter & Co. be accepted.

Therupon it was moved by Trustee Pohlman seoondea by
Trustee Haas that the Village Board endorse the propositon
of establishing the Infant Welfare Station. Motion carried
It was moved by Trustee Eras seconded and carried that
the President and Clerk be authorized to sign permit for
digging under pavement on Pine St.
Therupon it was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg
seconded by Trusttee Haas that the Chairman of the Street
and Sidewalk Committee be authorized to get streets in shape
for oiling and prepare the cinder walks.

It was moved by Trustee Mecklenburg seconded by
Trustee Pohlman that the Chairman of the Finance Committee
sign for oiling Evergreen Ave.in behalf of the Village.

Motion carried ayes four nays none.
It W moved by Trustee Haas seconded and carried that
we join in with the Improvement Association in asking for
the following improvements, namely a new depot, extending
platforms to Main St. sidewalks on Main St. and removing
side switch.

meeting adjourned,
