present.
Minutes of the meeting of March 3rd and March 27th
were read, on motion duly made seconded and carried approved
as read.
Treasurers report as follows wms read and ordered
placed on file.

It was duly *owed by Trustee Haas that said bills
be paid and clerk be directed to issue warrants for same.

Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon a plat of Mr. Gustav Grimm subdivision
of that part of the East Half of the South West quarter of
the South East *uarter of Section 34 Township 42, North
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meriden, lying west
of the East 349,20 Feet thereof was presented.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman beconded by
Trustee Noll that said plat be approved and the President
and clerk be authorized and directed to sign same for the
village.

Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg,
seconded by Trustee Pohlman that permit to lay 4 inch tile
from
Pine Street west, in order to fill up ditch, be granted,
upon application by Mr. Frank Baldwin. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Haas seconded by Trustee
Mecklenburg, that Chairman of the Police and Light Committee
be authorized to buy 2 pairs of Hand - cuffs.

Thereupon it was movea by Trustee Noll seconded by
Trustee Naas that April 17th be designated as clean -up
day, the Street Commissioner be authorized to hire team and
clerk be directed to put up notices.

It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
Noll, that Chief of Police be authorized to hire a team
for the purpose of having ground filled in around the water
tank, in order to sew lawn grass.
