Minutes of a special meeting held in pursuance
to the following order of the President;

Dear Sir: -
You are hereby notified to call a special
meeting for Friday, March 27th at the usal time and
place for the purpose of calling the Election and other
business that say come before the meeting.

President called the meeting to order, the clerk
called the roll all trustees except Trustee Haas responding
present.
Thereupon the Clerk read the following letter
from the Board of Appeals.
March 3rd, 1925.
To the President and Members
of the Board of Trustees, of
the Village of Mt. Prospeot
We the undersigned members of the Board of Appeals
of the Village of Mount Prospect, Ill, recommend that you
make following ammendment to Zoning Ordinance to -wit:
Section 1, - Definitions,- Paragraph defining Street
Wall, reading as follows; "The main wall nearest to and facing
on a Street, not including sun Par ors, bay windows that do
not aggregate in width more than 1/3 of the width of the
frontage of the building, nor ground story pooches and piazzas
that are not ;nosed in ", be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows,
The main front wall nearest to and facing on a street
not including sunparlors, glazed, closed in or open porches
shall be 30 feet from the lot line. No porches or sunparlors
shall aggreagate more than 8 feet in depth. If a deeper sun -
parlor or porch is desired, the main front wall shall be set
back the difference in the depth of the sunparlor or porch.
No living quarters shall be built over the sunparlor, open
or closed porches. Standard bay windows that do not aggregate
more than 4 feet in depth and that do not extend more than this
distanoe from the main front wall shall be permitted. In no
instance shall the nearest pont onany porches or sun parlors
be close* than 22 feet from the front line.

Thereupon the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee
read an ordinance.
ORDINANCE #62
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED; An ordinance
classifying, regulating and re8tricting the location of trades
and industries and the location of buildings designed for.
specified uses; regulating and limiting the #eigth and bulk
of buildings hereafter erected or altered; regulating and limiting
the intensity of the use of lot areas and regulating and determ-
ing the area of yards, courts and other open spaces within and
surrounding such buildings; establishing the boundaries of
districts for the said purposes; and prescribing penalties for
the violation of its provisions.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlman seconded by Trustee
Bei el that said ordinance b

Motion carried, Ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Noll seconded by
Trustee Pohlman that the annual Village Election for Village
President, three Village Trustees, one Police Magistrate be
called to be held on the 3rd Tuesday of April, 1925. at the
Village Hall

Motion carried, ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon the President appointed the folowing as
Judges and Clerks for election to be held April 21st, 1925.
Judges: George Busse, John P. Moehling, F. L. H. Lueders.
Clerks: Ed, Pohlman, .Alvina Willa, Georgiana Pankonin.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said appoint -
ments be concurred in.

Thereupon the Chairman of the Judiciary Commitee read
the following ordinance.

ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION AND M.ANAGE LNT OF THE NATLR

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE GOVERMENT OF WATER CONSUMERS
OTHERS, AND REGULATING CONNECTIONS WITH SAID SYSTEM AND ESTAB-
LISHING BATS AND CHARGE'S AND LLCE►NSE FEES FOR PLumBilaS." Passed
May 22nd 1923 and approved May 22nd, 1923.
It was duly moved by Trustee Mecklenburg and seconded
by Trustee Heide tha t said ordinance be approved.

Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Beigel
seconded by Trustee Pohlman that the tree line on the north
side of Central St. shall be 10 feet from the J Dt line.
Motion carried.
Thereupon the clerk read the following application.
