The meeting came to order. The Clerk called the Roll all
Trustees responding present.
It was duly moved seeonded and carried that !rustee Noll
act as Chairman in the absoense of the President, who was
prevented from being present due to illness.
Minuteso f the Meeting of Deo 2nd, 1924 were read and same
were on motion duly made seconded and carried, approved as read.
Treasurer's Report as follows was read and ordered placed on
file

It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee
Pohlman that said bills be paid and the Clerk be directed to
issue warrants for same.

Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Beigel seconded by
Trustee Haas that Trustee Pohlman be authorized to purchase a
Revolver for our Chief of Police.
