The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all trustees responding
present.
It was duly moved, seconded and carried, that the board
proceed to canvass the votes of the election of April 15th.
The following was the result revealed by said canvass.

It was duly moved by trustee Jahnoke, seconded by trustee
Pohlmann, that Mr. Herman Haas, Mr. Henry Beigel and Mr. Herman R.
Noll be declared eleoted to the office of Village Trustee and Mr.
Edwin L. Busse to the office of Village Clerk.
ROLL CALL
Ayes: Gosoh, Haas, Heide, Jahneke, Mecklenburg, Pohlmann.
Nays: None.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk presented the following payroll.
President Wm. Busse attending 17 meetings 1 1.50 *25.50

(e It was duly moved by trustee Gosch, seconded by trustee
Meoklenburg,that the President be authorieed,to sign and the clerk
to countersign and issue warrants for the amount set opposite
each respective name.

Ayes: Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jabnoke, Mecklenburg,
Pohlmann.
Nays: None.
Motion oarried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon a number of property owners along Wille St.,
north of Central Road, asked for permission to lay cement side-
walk along the east and west side of Mille St., north of
Central, and asked if the Village would establish the grade at
which said sidewalks should be laid.
They were informed that the Village had not made a
practice of establishing the grade, but that all permits hereto-
fore granted had been _granted with the understanding t}�at the
•
grade at which sidewalk was to be laid was to be approves} by the
Village before oonorete was poured.
Thereupon it was duly moved, seoonded and oarried, that
permission be granted to property owners along Willa St., north of
Central Road, to lay cement sidewalk, grade at which same was to
be laid to be approved by the Village President before concrete
was to be poured.
Thereupon it was duly moved, seconded and carried that
the President and members of the Board express their thanks and
appreciation of the faithful services rendered by the outgoing
officials during their term of office.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried, meeting
adjourned.
