The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll, all Trustees excepting Trustees
Has and Jahncke responding present.
Minutes of the meetinE of February 6th, 1923 and February 20th
1923 were read and same were,on motion duly made, seconded and
carried,- approved as read.
Treasurer's report, as follows, was read and ordered placed
on file.

No receipts, no expenditures.

Thereupon it was moved, seconded and carried that bids re-
ceived for constructing. engine 9 pumpine House be opened.
The following were the bids received:

Thereupon the clerk read the following bills, said bills
havine been approved by the proper committees.

It was duly moved by Trustee Gosch, seconded by Trustee
Mecklenburg that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to
issue warrants for same.

Ayes: Clausing, Gosch, Heide, Mecklenburg.
Nays: None.
Motion carried - ayes four - nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the follohing applications
for permission to dig up Streete.

Board of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois:
Gentlemen:
I hereby make application for permission to
dig up Central Road from Street line where by Battery
Service Station is located to a point about 8 feet
south of said north line of Central Road for the purpose
of laying a gasoline line to Pump which I wish to
install.

Board of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois:
Gentlemen:
I hereby make application for permission to
dig up the west side of Mille Street from my lots on
said Street to drain tile in Central Road for the purpose
of laying a drain tile.

It was duly moved, seconded and carried that said

permits be granted, work to be done under t?-e supervision of
chairman o- the Street and Sidewri.1 k Committee and that tile to
be laid by Mr. Ant". Oldenburg on 'Ville Street to be 6 inch and
to be laid 13 feet .west of the center line o Willa Street.
whereupon it Teas duly moved by Trustee Heide, seconded
by Trustee Gosoh that 100 water meters be ordered, to be shipped
as needed, and that the President be authorized to sign form of
contract o° order submitted by the Badger Meter Co. for supply -
ing water meters at prices stated in said contract as follows:
