Minutes of a Special Meeting held in pursuance of
the following order of the President:
"9!r. Henn* J. Ehard,
Village Clerk,
Dear Sir:
You are hereby directed to call a special meet -
ing of the Village Board of the Village of Mount Prospect for the
purpose of taking np contract and bond of the Chicago Bridge &
Iron Co. and to take up such other business as may come before
the meeting. Said meeting to be held Tuesday evening, Feb. 20,
1923 at the usual time and place.

The clerk called the roll - all trustees responding
present.
Thereupon contract and bond of the Chicago Bridge &_,
Iron Co. was presented.
It was duly moved by Trustee Reide, seconded by Trustee
Jahnoke, that Bond furnished by the Chicago Bridge & Iron Co.
be approved.

Ayes: Clausing, Coach, Naas, Reide, Jahnc' .ce, Mecklenburg.
Nays: None.
Motion carried - Ayes six, - Nays none.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Jahnoke, seconded by
Trustee Heide, that the President and Clerk be authorized and
directed to sign contract of the Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. for
steel eater tower.

Ayes: Clausing, Gosoh, Haas, Heide, Jahnoke, Mecklenburg.
Nays: None.
Motion carried - Ayes six, - Nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following application signed by
R. F. Huecker.
"To the Honorable President and Members of the
Village Board of the Village of Mount Prospect.
Gentlemen:
I hereby make application for permission to dig
up Prospect Ave., from lot line of lot on which my businebs
is now located about 8 feet, for the purpose of laying a
gasoline pipe to pump which I wish to install about 2 feet
from sidewalk line."
It was duly moved, seconded and carried that said permit be
granted, work be done under the supervision of the Street and
Sidewalk Committee and that Mr. Hueoker be required to deposit
Five Dollars with the Village Clerk as a guarantee that refill
of excavation will be satisfactorily made, said Five Dollars to
be returned upon order of the Village Board.
Thereupon it was moved by Trustee Heide, seconded by Trustee
Mecklenburg that a building 30 feet by 30 feet be built on lot C,
Block 10 in Busse and Ville's Resubdivision, said building to
provide storage space for Fire Truck and room in which the Board
could meet and also a room in which water pumping eouipment could
be housed.

Nays: None.
Motion carried - Ayes six, - Nays none.
It was duly moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee
Heide, that plans for a brick building, prepared by the Clerk,
be approved and that he be authorized and directed to advertise
for bids to be received to 8 o'clock P. M. March 6th, 1923.

Nays: None.
Motion carried - Ayes six, — Nays none.
On motion, meeting adjourned.
