The Predident•oailed the meeting to order.
(:: The : 3erk_; called the roll/ trustee Haas being the only
trustee present.
Owing to the lack of a quorum meeting adjourned to
7 o'clock P. M. July 5th, 1922.

The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meeting$ of June 6th, 1922 were read
and same wereopn motion duly made seconded and carried
approved as read.
Thereupo# the President informed the meeting that he had
appointed Trustees Haas, Gosch, and Mecklenburg and Mr.
Edwin Busse and Henry J. Ehard as members of the Park Committee.
Thereupon Mr. Haberkamp applied for permission to run
tile from his property to culvert through Central road near
Elmhurst road.
It was duly moved, seconded, and carried that said
permission be granted.
Thereupon the Treasurer's report as follows was read and
same was on motion duly made, seconded, and carried
approved as read and ordered placed on file.

Thereupon the clerk read the following bills said bills
having been approved by the proper committees.

It was duly moved by trustee Haas, seconded by trustee
Mecklenburg, that said bills be paid and the clerk
be directed to issue warrants for same.

Nays : - None.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.

Thereupon the Chairman of the Police & Light Committee
reported that the Utility Battery Co. had promised to extend
their exhaust pipe higher, which they thought would greatly
reduce the noise from the engine exhaust.
(:: Thereupon the Chairmann of the Street and Sidewalk Committee
reported that wooden culvert at Elmhurst & Lincoln Ave. needed
repairing.
It was duly moved by trustee Heide seconded by trustee
Mecklenburg that the Street & Sidewalk Committee be authorised
to repair same.

Ayes : - Clausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahncke, Mecklenburg.
Nays : - None.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read an application for permission to
to dig up Main St. for installkng foundation for gasoling pump
in front of their garage,. signed by William Busse & Son per
Albert B Busse.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that said Permit
be granted. •
Thereupon the clerkread an ordinance for the levying and
assessment of Taxes for the current fiscal year of the Village
(:: of Mount Prospect, Illinois Commencing May lot 1922 and ending
April 30,1923.-
It was duly moved by Trustee Jahnoke seconded by trustee
Gooch that said ordinance be padsed.

Ayes : - Clausing, Gosch, Haas, Heide, Jahnoke, Mecklenburg.
Nays:- None.
